Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Went with this company based on online reviews of customer service. They did not disappoint! The individual delivering the flowers was locked out of a gate, agreed to wait 5 minutes and offered solutions if they could not deliver. I received the reply from the recipient about 8 minutes later and the driver was kind enough to TURN AROUND and deliver the flowers!!! I heard the flowers were stunning, and I was very grateful for the overall experience and will definitely be purchasing from P&P in the future!
