The individual delivering the flowers was locked out of a gate, agreed to wait 5 minutes and offered solutions if they could not deliver. I received the reply from the recipient about 8 minutes later and the driver was kind enough to TURN AROUND and deliver the flowers!!! I heard the flowers were stunning, and I was very grateful for the overall experience and will definitely be purchasing from P&P in the future!
