Substitutions

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

Fresh Flower Care

We have taken the utmost care to ensure the flowers we deliver are as fresh and beautiful as possible. To achieve maximum enjoyment and longevity from your flowers, here are a few easy steps to follow:

Wrapped Bouquet Unwrap your bouquet, clip the ends of the stems and add them to a vase with clean water.

Vase Arrangement in Water Every couple of days you’ll want to pull your flowers from the vase, pour out the water and replenish with clean water. Before adding your arrangement back into your vase, give the ends of those stems a clip.

Arrangement in Floral Foam If your arrangement is in foam, you’ll want to make sure you still add water. Use your finger to press a hole in the foam in the back of your arrangement and add water until you can feel the foam becoming damp.

Dried Flower Care

Keeping your dried bouquet looking fresh is simple! Just remember these guidelines:

  • Keep indoors out of harsh environments and direct sunlight.
  • Avoid rooms with high humidity.
  • DO NOT WATER, these arrangements contain dried and preserved stems and will deteriorate with any moisture.
  • Spray compressed air onto the dried flowers to eliminate dust. Make sure not to spray too close to the flowers to avoid damaging them. You can also use a hair dryer on the "no heat" setting.
